riverside rail jam

hosted by: the Revelstoke snowboard Club

The Revelstoke Snowboard Club is STOKED to host the long-anticipated return of the downtown rail jam! However, this time we'll be riding the rail down at Centennial Park along the banks of the Columbia River. 

Come down to Centennial Park and cheer on your favourite Skiers and Snowboards, as they compete for up to $2,000k in Cash & Prizes! Only 50 spots are available! Ages 18+

All are invited and welcome to join the Indigenous Friendship Society of Revelstoke for an evening of dinner, activities and live music by Myra Morrison and Denis Severino.

ABOUT THE PORTA POTTIE RACES...Teams of five will battle it out in their homemade outhouses as they take on the infamous Centennial Park hill. Come early to grab a good spot and enjoy the Outhouse "Show & Shine."

SUBMISSIONS OPEN! Youth artists 18 and under are invited and encouraged to submit art for display and sell at the Carnival Gallery. This does not have to be new work. This is a fun and safe environment to share ART. All pieces are accepted. Deadline Feb. 25.

Let's get ready to rumble! This historic battle continues with the Revelstoke Fire Department vs RCMP. Who do you think will take it?

Entry by donation with proceeds going to the BC Burn Fund, Muscular Dystrophy and Revelstoke Trees for Tots.

Back in 1947, the Winter Carnival held its first DRAG RACE...so, we're bringing it back though slightly different. This year we'll have a fun potato sack race - the winner receives bragging rights. Dress up in your best - whatever that looks and feels like to you!

Greenbelt Historic Scavenger hunt

Join the Illecillewaet Society for a family-friendly (and historic) scavenger hunt! You can expect to participate in an outing filled with fun while learning and taking part in Revelstoke's rich history and culture. All are welcome and invited.

Due to lack of snow, we are unable to host DOG SLEDDING. However, all are welcome to come down to the Park and meet the dogs, take your pic with them and learn a bit about dog sledding. 

These sled dogs are welcoming, energetic and very friendly. Lots of energy and potential for kisses!
